Stolen brown wallet and green military backpack (Tucson)

Greetings! I recently went for a walk around the Kino park and my backpack with my wallet was stolen.
I foolishly turned my back on my backpack for too long after setting it down.
I'm fairly certain a Hispanic adolescent male riding a quad stole it.
My important IDs were in the wallet reading my name- Elliot Swails.
Please let me know if you know the whereabouts of my wallet or the person who stole it.
