A very skinny, scared orange tabby cat with the upper half of his body shaved showed up in our condo complex at least a week ago.
He has the LOUDEST MEOW I've ever heard - a very low MROAR that could wake the dead.
I'm feeding him but will wait until Sunday night (3/3) to humanely trap him and get him to a vet on Monday for a microchip scan.
I figure if somebody paid to get him shaved for surgery that he/she might be chipped?
