For $25/hr*, allow me the opportunity to handle all of your standard day labor tasks.
Along with far from standard projects which you’ve been putting aside for lack of expertise, time, motivation, or resources.
I am available by phone, 24 hours a day to do anything required.
Here is a spectrum of things I’ve done while running this business:
Cleaned a field full of cow dung with a shovel after a rodeo.
Driven to Walmart after a phone call at 3 in the morning to buy a tarp as a temporary roof fix and installed it in the middle of a monsoon the same night.
Hired a team of people after a revolt at a drug rehabilitation center that led to tens of thousands of dollars in damaged electronics, walls, and everything else imaginable.
Driven an elderly man in my car across the country on a 15 day journey that included handling all accommodations for someone in their 70s on 45 minutes notice.
Yard work of all forms.
Helping people move.
From showing up and filling up your already available uhaul with items boxed and wrapped in advance.
To a full service experience involving renting the truck, finding who’s needed at each end of the journey.
Driving the truck if no CDL is required to anywhere in the country you are relocating ending in a full unpack and placement at your end destination.
Household tasks of all nature, furniture assembly, drywall repair, appliance repair (I am not a specialized expert in your particular model of fridge/stove/water heater/Air Conditioning Unit…etc…) In my experience 99% of them are identical once you remove the covers.
*If you have something incredibly complex and we can’t determine a model through markings or pictures beforehand I’d be happy to come and investigate to see if I can assist.
I throughly enjoy a puzzle and another pair of eyes can always be beneficial.
I have been independently and enthusiastically helping people accomplish their goals for nearly as long as I can remember.
*Caveats:
1: I am busy, you are also busy.
I work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I require a 50$ minimum commitment.
That covers my travel to and from, gas, as well as all time spent performing your job for the first hour.
2: No job is too small!! I have assembled a single IKEA bookcase for someone that needed it done but could not bring it in from the porch after delivery or assemble it.
3: I am just a guy, I will require a premium on anything I may be willing to do but is truly unique.
(Biohazard situations including a toilet clogged for 7 years that has to be replaced) I do not judge anything so don’t be embarrassed.
Parent a hoarder? I don’t care.
Something been neglected for to long? I don’t care.
You don’t need to explain anything to me.
4: My wife of 20 years with a masters in accounting is sometimes my partner on things that require a substantial amount of cleaning or other organizational tasks.
If there are multiple projects or a project that would take me 8 hours individually I will give a combined rate on weekends or what not for a 2 person team to tackle your needs.
We can discuss that if needed.
I am a determined man who left a career because I could no longer work 70 hours a week and be ok.
I wanted to be free, and am only trying to make an honest living helping you.
Nothing more, nothing less.
