We apply two coats of Tucson rubberized 7000 or 10000.
The 7000 product includes a 3-year warranty, while the 10,000 product includes a 5 year warranty.
We also do skylight and fascia replacements.
Unlike other companies, we apply rubberized coating with rollers as opposed to sprayers.
In order to use a sprayer you have to dilute the product to get it through the nozzle.
Other companies usually dilute the product 5 to 1, which means they're mixing 1 gallon of water per every 5 gallons of product.
By using rollers, we preserve the quality of the product, and therefore the quality and longevity of your roof.
⚠️ WARNING, do not allow silicone products be used on your roof.
