3rd Grade Teacher Position – Small Class Size
We are hiring a 3rd Grade Teacher at La Paloma Academy – Marana Campus for the 2024-2025 school year.

Our school day lasts from 8:00am – 3:00pm (every Wednesday is a half-day until 12:30pm).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Please do not apply if you do not meet ALL minimum requirements):
* Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Strong communication skills
* Self directed personality traits
* Courteous and professional demeanor and dress
* Able to work 7:30 a.
m.
– 3:30 p.
m.
Monday through Friday
* Ability to operate computers, classroom technology, and computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, copiers, and cell phone functions such as text, email, etc.
).
ALSO DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED):
* Track record of past academic achievement with children
* Willingness to bring other skills, abilities, ideas, and time to the school in the form of after school student offerings, or by the sponsoring of after school clubs
* Experience working in the charter school sector
Pay: From $42,225 and up DOE.
Prop 301 performance bonuses are offered in addition to salary.
