To Qualify: - Must be diagnosed with high blood pressure by your doctor for at least 6 months - Your blood pressure must be high even when taking your medication - Cannot be taking a potassium sparing diuretic - Cannot have stage 3 or higher chronic kidney disease - Cannot have had a heart attack, stroke, or mini stroke (TIA) in the past 6 months - Cannot have been hospitalized due to your high blood pressure in the last year Must habe diabetes No Insurance is needed.
