Looking for a mom for my two kittens if I should die (tucson)

Hello, I am perfectly fine now but I want to set up a living will with someone I think would be an okay mother or father for my babies should God forbid anything happens to me.
I promised them they'd never be on the street or hungry or cold, so they would need to be indoor only cats with someone who genuinely loves animals.
This is not a sorta maybe gig this is their whole lives commitment kind of thing, where you'd need to care for them medically should they be sick.
