edu/ Location Main Campus Address Tucson, AZ USA Position Highlights The Clinical Research Coordinator will manage and coordinate nationwide clinical trial research on service dogs for military members and veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including SERVES (SERvice dog and Veteran Experiences Study) The individual will oversee a wide variety of research tasks and initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in the design, development, and implementation of clinical trial research on service dogs for veterans with PTSD.
Develop and maintain protocols for team to follow.
Develop and review standard operating procedures and tracking for trial activities.
Prepare, coordinate, and submit regulatory documentation (e.
g.
, IRB, IACUC, OHRO, ACURO), including initial submissions, modifications, and ongoing reporting.
Work with team to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide team coordination, communication, training, and quality control.
Mentor and train student workers and support staff in clinical trial procedures and data collection.
Oversee participant load and projections.
Participate in data collection through recruitment, enrollment, and assessments.
Direct contact with participants as well as data entry and report generation.
Monitor participant trajectories, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and foster participant engagement and retention.
Keep appropriate logs and track data processing.
Compile data status reports and actively ensure effective data management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills (in person, writing, and telephone) Knowledge of project management Ability to perform project management Excellent time management skills Willingness to be flexible in daily tasks (integrate multiple tasks into workday) Ability to work independently under moderate supervision Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with REDCap preferred, but not required FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Number of Hours Worked per Week 40 Job FTE 1.
