Looking for AI Consultant (Tucson)

Business owner looking for consultant to help select and purchase AI software that can be used to make 2D bot videos to introduce new products on website.
Work includes helping me get set up to make these videos and can also include building a new website using the AI videos (although this is optional and someone else could be hired for this depending on your preference).
I am looking to rebuild an existing website that uses video recordings of me explaining various products in technical detail.
Looking to keep some of the old videos of me but new videos will show a photo of the product with a 2D AI bot on the webpage explaining the product in the photo.
If possible would be nice to provide annotations on the photo to direct audience attention to specific locations on the product while the AI bot explains.
Would also be best if the AI bot looks and sounds similar to me as a way of transitioning from the old videos to new 2D bot videos.
This means the selection of AI software needs to allow photo customization of AI bot appearance and allow voice recording uploads to teach the AI to sound like me.
I know there are a few well reviewed AI bot tools that allow this type of customization.
But I don't know how difficult they are to use or get set up.
