00 an hour SUMMARY: The assistant cook will assist the Lead Cook to provide food of high nutritious quality in a safe and clean atmosphere.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Assistant Cook will cook and assist with the preparation of food and all functions of the Kitchen; Will work with the Lead Cook on the responsibility for checking that all equipment in the kitchen area is in safe, working condition and notifies the appropriate authority when repairs or replacement are needed; Maintains records on food and supplies purchased and used; Purchase and maintains an inventory of all foods, supplies, and equipment; security of food and supplies; Ensures the cleaning of kitchen, serving station, storage, and dining areas; ?
