Store Crew will efficiently take orders, assemble/present food orders, request/receive payments, and operate the cash register while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be flexible and provide backup for other Store Crew Members in their jobs, with the greater goal of serving our guests.
Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens and/or deep fryers frequently.
Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked frequently.
Multitasks by preparing several different orders at once, frequently ensuring that all items are prepared in accordance with guest instructions.
Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils for the duration of the shift.
Check stock of products and ensure proper rotation.
Check equipment to ensure that it is in proper working order, letting the management know if there might be a problem.
Utilize and be comfortable with our POS system.
Clean areas and equipment as needed.
Clean in accordance with our company’s sanitary standards by:
Sweeping/mopping floors
Cleaning walls/tables/counters
Cleaning kitchen and service equipment
Cleaning the guest service area by removing trash, cleaning the restrooms, and cleaning the parking lot.
Any other responsibility that aligns with the role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (with or without accommodations)
Must be able to maintain extensive knowledge of our menu and the ability to communicate our menu to our guests.
Ability to be proficient in more than one area of responsibility and may only sometimes work in the same job function or schedule each day.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Understanding of basic mathematics.
Physical Requirements (required with or without accommodation)
Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work around hot equipment, oil, extreme cold (walk-in freezer), and loud noises for the duration of the shift.
Must be able to move freely throughout the restaurant constantly to include enclosed and compact spaces.
Must be able to remain standing for the duration, excluding breaks.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds often, 50 pounds frequently.
Perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, wrists, fingers, arms, legs, and bending at the waist (climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials) for the duration of the shift.
Use of cognitive skills including, but not limited to, learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehending for the duration of the shift.
