1800's Pewter Basin (Ft Lowell - Winstel)

Mid 1800's pewter basin / pan most likely German.
Measures 13 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches in height.
Very thick on bottom and a little out of round.
No longer has the handles.
Upon researching the touch mark I found that it is closest to and could be either Han Gunzler, Fein Zinn or I B Finck.
