This is a Western Electric Bell System Rotary Wall Mount Payphone.
My father worked for Mountain Bell in Colorado and brought this home in 1976.
The payphone is in very good condition.
The payphone itself measures approximately 16.

The payphone on the wood mount measures approximately 22" tall x 11.
75" wide.
There is no key for the coin box.
