Senior Administrative Services Assistant

*POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:* This position is responsible for supporting administrative services tasks and is for someone who enjoys variety in their work.
* Assist with Fleet-Update vehicle and driver information related to maintenance, Telematics devices, registration, fuel and licensing.
* Interfacing with drivers and leasing company regarding employee questions and issues * Assists with global insurance renewal and gathering of renewal data.
Providing insurance cards to drivers and certificates as requested.
* Assist with various finance tasks, related to online banking, purchasing card management, cash receipts recording and lockbox transactions.
* § Assuring compliance with collection and storage of various mandated originals of specific payroll forms.

upload and reconciliation process.
* Assist with management of legal claims and maintaining them in the Box system along with management of contracts in Box * Providing back up for various US and International payroll-related tasks and projects related to payroll and payroll reporting.
* Other duties as assigned.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* * Strong analytical skills - Attention to detail is critical * 5 + years experience in Finance/Accounting related jobs * Excellent communication skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or equivalent education and experience *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* * Experience with Box and Simplrr * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with UKG _*Rain Bird is an Equal Opportunity Employer*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1.
